Our Ruffle bottom Cape is (full length). It is made of wool chiffon material, which is (see-through). It has four front buttons which allows it to be worn open or closed. Wide (Wudu) friendly (drop sleeve) w/ additional wrist/finger loop for support. Also nursing (breastfeeding) friendly.
